This handheld Cadillac Accessories GM NACS Level 2 Adapter is designed for compatible GM EVs with a CCS1/J1772 charging inlet. It unlocks access to a previously installed Tesla Wall Connector so you can easily charge any compatible GM EV at home. The GM NACS Level 2 Adapter is compatible to use with home Tesla Wall Connectors or compatible Level 2 NACS chargers, including the GM PowerUp 2: NACS Charger. Includes one GM NACS Level 2 Adapter and a full-color product postcard on usage that links out to more information. PLEASE NOTE: To charge your vehicle safely, the electrical circuit must be built to handle the high, steady power demand of EV charging. Speed of charging will vary based on vehicle type, battery condition, input voltage, vehicle settings and outside temperature. Over-the-air (OTA) vehicle software updates may be necessary for additional functionality and convenience features in the future. Actual images and features may vary and are subject to change. Users should not modify or repair the adapter, as this could pose fire hazards, electric shock risks, or cause compatibility issues. WARNING: The misuse of charge cord adapters may cause electrical overheating, resulting in vehicle damage or personal injury. Only use GM-approved adapters with the charge cord. If you use an adapter, or charging equipment, which is not sold, provided or approved by General Motors and it causes damage to your vehicle’s charging system (battery, inlet, etc.), it would not be covered under the limited warranty. Package Specifications
GM warrants the GM NACS Level 2 Adapter against defects in materials or workmanship for up to 1 year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser. GM will replace the part or parts deemed to be defective, at its sole discretion, at no cost to the purchaser; any associated labor costs, however, are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser when (i) purchased via MyBrand App or (ii) shipped directly to the original purchaser by GM or a GM dealership.

Yes, you can use this GM NACS Level 2 Adapter with your previously installed home Tesla Wall Connector.
Place the GM NACS Level 2 Adapter onto the home charger coupler first and then insert it into the vehicle charge port. Once the charger and adapter are securely in place, you can open your vehicle mobile app or infotainment system and follow the prompts to begin charging. Once a charge session is complete, you may remove the coupler and GM NACS Level 2 Adapter as one unit from the vehicle. You can then close the charge port and remove the GM NACS Level 2 Adapter from the charger, separating the two (To remove the adapter, you will need to push the lower latch on the bottom of the adapter). GM recommends storing the GM NACS Level 2 Adapter in your vehicle until your next charging session. GM vehicle apps are available on select Apple and Android devices. Damage to vehicle components resulting from the installation or use of non-GM-approved parts is not covered under the terms of the vehicle limited warranty and may affect remaining warranty coverage for affected parts.
